Since the birth of this Community, we have reached nearly 200,000 members from around the world, who have joined us in creating a major international solidarity effort to help all the peoples of the Earth. This initiative has already spread to over 120 countries worldwide, thanks to word of mouth from participants, who immediately extended the opportunity to their families, relatives, friends, and acquaintances, both within and beyond their own countries, because solidarity is a human gesture that transcends borders and race. In the first two years of Islands of Change, more than $22,000,000 ($22 million) has been redistributed among participants. These donations were created by the people for the people and offered as gifts among those who have decided to change this world for the better (by joining the virtual Islands of Islands of Change), becoming part of our great Community. A Community that is also creating Gifts to support real Humanitarian Aid.
LEGAL ASPECTS

The Islands of Change Platform is completely decentralized. There are no intermediaries, brokers, agents, or other entities that can manipulate or withhold donated funds. We comply with all laws regarding donations and the mutual exchange of economic activity, tracked through bank accounts or digital wallets. The exchange of gifts occurs in complete transparency between the Donor and the Recipient. There is no way to cheat the system or interrupt the flow of gifts. Only the participant can abandon the mechanism of giving and receiving economic activity through donations. Only the participant can decide whether to donate money to another participant (established in sequential and automatic shifts) to support a project or a declared action for the benefit of the entire community. Should they wish to abandon their participation in the program, thus leaving this Circular and Solidarity Economy system based on donations, they may do so at any time, without owing anything to anyone! Clear up any doubts you may have about the full legality of this System!
TAX ASPECTS
The laws governing donations around the world are varied and vary from country to country. In Italy, for example, they tell us that once a certain amount of income from cash donations has been exceeded, the tax rate should currently be 8%. In Spain, it should be 6%, but we’re told it can rise to 18% or 23% (depending on the cumulative amount). In other countries, it varies from 15% to 28% (again, depending on the amount received in the year), but in still others, there is no tax on cash donations at all (otherwise, they would also have to tax beggars, street musicians, waiters, supermarket assistants, parking attendants, newlyweds at weddings, parents at baptisms, communions, confirmations, donations to the church, donations to organizations, associations, foundations, the state, etc.).
However, laws change daily, so it’s advisable to contact your local tax advisor, who can advise you on the best procedure for managing the proceeds of donations you may receive from this Solidarity Economy. We can also support the Community by sharing any analyses and procedures adopted by other participants who are experiencing them and would like to share their reports and analyses with us in their respective countries. This is purely for informational and basic purposes, as everyone’s tax situation is unique and dictated by their individual circumstances.

I’d heard about an International Humanitarian Foundation that, through a dedicated department, was managing a Circular Solidarity Economy program benefiting hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
The news intrigued me, as I was already aware of ancient systems used in past centuries to create an economy through mathematical techniques and alternating handover procedures, where the economy was adopted in rotation among all members. But I wanted to understand how closely this program, created on a digital platform, approached real-world techniques, especially since I’d been told that the membership had already reached over 150,000.

Informational and technical sessions are held in multiple languages every weekday on Zoom, reserved exclusively for participants from the Islands, and for presentations for guests who wish to learn more about us.
Live video meetings on Zoom (also available as recorded videos) are held for participants residing in different countries. The Zoom sessions are commentated or subtitled in the languages spoken by participants from around the world (Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish, Czechoslovakian, Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Romanian, and Arabic).

Zoom sessions are managed entirely by volunteer support group leaders, who, having fully understood the functioning and rules of the Community and the Platform, have made themselves available free of charge to all participants. They provide in-depth information on the technical aspects of progress, how to generate virtual Clones to close Donor positions, how to allow someone to access with a subsidized, advance, or solidarity donation (we also allow this for those who would like to access but do not have the funds to make the first donation), how to generate additional Twin Avatars, etc.

Access the platform’s side menu and select CREATE YOUR INVITATIONS.
By clicking GENERATE AND COPY YOUR INVITATION LINK, the platform will generate a link, which will automatically be copied and saved.
At this point, you can go to the contact you want to send the link to.
We can use WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or other methods. Then, simply paste the link you saved, or once you’ve created the link, you can click SHARE and the platform will automatically open one of the two most common chats: WhatsApp or Telegram.
You can then paste the link saved in memory to the contact in your preferred chat.
1 link per person. The more people there are, the more links will be generated. Keep in mind that the link is valid for 48 hours, after which your registration will expire, and you will need to create a new one.
Yes, we can create as many Accounts as we want, but it’s recommended not to exceed 3 or 5 to ensure proper management. Each Account will have a Donor and Heir entry date, so you must carefully monitor them to make or receive the corresponding Gifts within the established timeframe (72 hours). To avoid confusion or delays, a higher number is not recommended. Furthermore, if you delete an Account, it’s important to remember that after the second unjustified deletion (after the 2nd Account is deleted), all Accounts linked to the same name, surname, and phone number or KYC will be deleted, as this will be considered sabotaging the circularity of this economic system. Gifts are offered, received, and returned in part, in a perpetual cycle (as per the rules)! Keeping all the Gifts on an Account and deleting the Account after receiving them is unfair to other participants who are waiting for the Gifts to arrive on their island.
Yes, of course, in this system of Solidarity and Circular Economy, we are under no obligation to invite anyone (not to be confused with a prohibited invitation). Let us always remember that this is a System of Solidarity and Circular Economy, created by the People for the People (based on financial Donations, not figurines), where by closing Donor positions, the creation of this economy is activated and fueled for the benefit of all.
Therefore, we all have a moral duty to close two positions in the geometric and mathematical scheme of the Islands, by inserting two real participants, or two virtual clones, or one real person and one clone (it makes no difference), or by inserting participants who do not have a Gift to offer (to whom we can offer a Subsidized, Advance, or Solidarity Gift), or by repositioning other Avatar Twins (who will still close positions to advance). That’s why there’s no recruitment obligation, because we can fill positions with a simple click and not necessarily with actual participants (so it’s not an endless chain letter, where sooner or later someone will be left standing without a following)! What we can do to help other families or individuals is inform them of this extraordinary opportunity and reality, because it can only benefit others, themselves, and all the people who want to be part of it!
The progression steps to reach the position of Heir and receive possible Gifts occur as a result of various actions we will take, including, as we have said, direct invitations of new participants (made by us), indirect invitations of new participants (invited by our guests or other people present on our island), inclusion of perpetual participants (those who have already left an island and will return), insertion of new accounts or Gemini Avatars that existing participants can create (those who want to generate more entries), inclusion of new guests from other islands (excess invitations from other islands), arrival of participants without an inviter (the NoReferrals), who do not have an Avatar to follow with the Lineage (as for all the others who will instead join the island of whoever invited them), will be able to access the islands that have been inactive for the longest time, granting advancement even to those who initially will not be able to close the positions on their island. Or by adding participants with the Facilitated, Advance, or Solidarity Gift (for those who don’t have the financial means to donate, but who will still be helped to join our Community). Adding Clones generated by Island participants (virtual Avatars generated by your Account, which still allow Island participants to advance), and adding Unlock Avatars, which are Clones generated by the Heirs of an Island. These are useful for unlocking the status of all participants when they wait too long to advance. While forgoing a Gift, these will allow participants to advance, allowing us to leave with the Gifts, and then return to their original status.
As we can see, there are various systems for allowing participants to advance (preventing their blocking), but the most practical and functional system is certainly to close two positions yourself, allowing two real participants to access this solidarity reality (one from the Donor position and one from the Heir position (on 4-Donor Islands) or two directly from the Explorer position (on 8-Donor Islands).
The key to the fastest advancement is, in fact, to close two positions personally, once we are on our Island. It doesn’t matter whether with two real or virtual participants, since in both cases, the two Avatars will always follow us on all the major and perpetual Islands, providing us with the advancement that will then allow us to reach the Heir position in a short time.
This is an action that all participants (including Clones and Twins) will perform, as one of the duties we have to access this reality (for those who wish to participate) is to bring a Gift to the Heir we meet (when we enter an Island) and close 2 positions behind us (when we are in the established position of the smaller Island).
By clicking on your Avatar (from the Donor, Explorer, or Navigator position), the Generate CLONE message will appear. Clicking that button will see your CLONE appear in the Donor position. You can also access this function from the + button on the Islands screen (top right). You can create up to four CLONEs on your side, and as you continue, you can also create the other four CLONES for the opposite side of the island (on 8-Donor Islands), or you can create them as a Donor on the FAST Archipelago Islands (with 4 Donors). Once all Donor positions are closed, you will not be able to create any more. Remember that each CLONE you create must donate to the island’s heir, and confirmed CLONES cannot be deleted.
CLONES entered but not yet confirmed can be deleted, but once you have deleted more than three CLONES, the original Avatar with which you generated the Clone will leave the Island, as if the real account had been closed more than three times. So use this feature with discretion (it’s not a game). YOU CAN SEE THE VIDEO TUTORIAL IN THE VIDEO SECTION.
By clicking on your Avatar (only from the Heir position), the Generate UNLOCK message will appear. Click that button and your Avatar with the initial UL will appear at the Donors’ position. You can also create up to four of these clones on the left and right sides of the Island, on Islands with eight Donors, or up to four on Islands with four Donors. Each UNLOCK you create does not need to give any gifts to the Heir of the island (i.e., you), as they will only serve to complete the Island, so as an Heir, you can leave to enter the next one (should you wish to forgo any Gifts). A useful function for unlocking the Island when we are Heirs and we are not interested in receiving Gifts, but only in leaving the Island to enter another of the same level (since for most of the perpetuals of the smaller Islands, the main goal is to help others access with a Solidarity Gift (helping those who have difficulty giving the initial Gift). Remember that UNLOCKS/UNLOCKS can no longer be deleted, because when you generate them they are auto-confirmed (when they enter they are automatically confirmed), so think carefully before creating an UNLOCK/UNLOCK.
I want to publicly thank the Founders of this wonderful platform, because thanks to the gifts I am receiving, I have managed to pay several outstanding bills that we had left pending. I am proceeding with the perpetual journeys of the first 3 Islands and I have just entered the 4th Island. I hope to leave soon, but I know that when the time comes, I will arrive.
My testimony is that thanks to the first gifts I received, I was able to go shopping at the supermarket. I have not yet received gifts that would change my life, but for me this has already been a great gift that I would never have expected. I am not a special case, because I know that there are others like me. I entered Fuel right before Christmas with a €20 Gift and Eden with a €100 Gift, after which I immediately wanted to give a Gift in Aurora, giving away €5,000. What can I say, I have already left all 3 with €160, €800 and €40,000. I returned as a perpetual and thanks to Aurora I was able to enter Avalons and Asgard, so I am perpetual in all 5 Islands. There are no words to express my gratitude for this Community.
I only left Fuel and Eden, with €160 and €800. I re-entered both of them perpetually and made my first entry into Avalons. I know it will take a little longer to get out of this one, but in the meantime I was able to pay my rent for a house, with the 3 gifts I was able to keep from Eden.

I logged in on January 26th, both in Fuel, Eden and Asgard. On February 18th I became an Heir in Eden, 3 days later I left Fuel and the week after in Asgard. I have already received €160, plus €800 from Eden and €12,800 from Asgard. Now I have entered Aurora with a €5,000 gift and Avalons with €400 but I am back in Fuel, Eden and Asgard. What more can I ask for from life? It seems like a dream but it is reality! Keep it up!
I have just joined, but I have involved many friends and relatives and I have already managed to exit from several Fuels and Edens, because I entered with multiple accounts. Now I have already made entries into Avalons, but my contacts are working hard to make this reality known to many others and in just one month we have already entered more than 70 people. The Fuels and Edens are completing themselves again without the need for the Algorithm and in the meantime we are also moving forward in Avalons. There are no words.
taxation
In many countries, the Gift of money is not considered taxable income, therefore it is not even to be included in your tax return. However, each participant is required to consult their own Tax Advisor, who can give the right rules to follow in their National Territory.
In Italy, for example, once a certain amount of money gift proceeds has been exceeded, there is a tax rate of 8%. In Spain, there is a rate of 6%, which could rise to 18% (based on the cumulative).
In other countries, it goes from 15 to 28% (always based on the cumulative) and in others there is no taxation on the Gift of money (in the States where they let their citizens live). But the laws change from day to day, for this reason it is advisable to contact your own territorial Tax Advisor, who can advise on the best procedure to manage the income from the gifts received, from this Solidarity Economy.
