In the first two years of Islands of Change, more than $22,000,000 ($22 million) has been redistributed among participants. These donations were created by the people for the people and offered as gifts among those who have decided to change this world for the better (by joining the virtual Islands of Islands of Change), becoming part of our great Community. LEGAL ASPECTS

The Islands of Change Platform is completely decentralized. There are no intermediaries, brokers, agents, or other entities that can manipulate or withhold donated funds. We comply with all laws regarding donations and the mutual exchange of economic data tracked in bank accounts or digital wallets. The exchange of gifts occurs voluntarily and in complete transparency between the Donor and the Recipient. There is no way to cheat the system or interrupt the flow of gifts. Only the participant can abandon the mechanism of giving and receiving economic data through donations. Only the participant can decide whether to donate money to another participant (established in sequential, automatic, or as per regulations) or to the Foundation, to support a project or a declared action for the benefit of the entire Islands of Change community. Should they wish to abandon their participation in the program (thereby leaving this Circular and Solidarity Economy system based on donations), they may do so at any time, without owing anything to anyone! Clear up any doubts you may have about the full legality of this System!
TAX ASPECTS
The laws governing donations around the world are varied and vary from country to country. In Italy, for example, they tell us that once a certain amount of income from cash donations has been exceeded, the tax rate should currently be 8%. In Spain, it should be 6%, but we’re told it can rise to 18% or 23% (depending on the cumulative amount). In other countries, it varies from 15% to 28% (again, depending on the amount received in the year), but in still others, there is no tax on cash donations at all (otherwise, they would also have to tax beggars, street musicians, waiters, supermarket assistants, parking attendants, newlyweds at weddings, parents at baptisms, communions, confirmations, donations to the church, donations to organizations, associations, foundations, the state, etc.).
However, laws change daily, so it’s advisable to contact your local tax advisor, who can advise you on the best procedure for managing the proceeds of donations you may receive from this Solidarity Economy. We can support the Community by sharing examples, analyses, experiences, and procedures adopted by other participants, personally experienced by you. You can send us your reports and analyses in your area of residence (country), based on your own experience, as everyone’s tax situation is unique, dictated by their personal and regional circumstances.

I’d heard about an International Humanitarian Foundation that, through a dedicated department, was managing a Circular Solidarity Economy program benefiting hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
The news intrigued me, as I was already aware of ancient systems used in past centuries to generate an economy through mathematical techniques and alternating handover procedures, where the economy was redistributed on a rotating basis among all members. But I wanted to understand how closely this program, created on a digital platform, approached real-world techniques, especially since I’d been told that the membership had already reached over 150,000 participants…

Informational and technical sessions are held in multiple languages every weekday on Zoom, either exclusively for participants from the Islands or as introductions for guests who wish to learn more about us.
Live video meetings on Zoom (also available as recorded videos) are held for participants residing in different countries. The Zoom sessions are commentated or subtitled in the languages spoken by participants from around the world (Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish, Czechoslovakian, Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Romanian, Arabic, etc.).

Access the platform’s side menu and select CREATE YOUR INVITATIONS.
By clicking GENERATE AND COPY YOUR INVITATION LINK, the platform will generate a link, which will automatically be copied and saved.
At this point, you can go to the contact you want to send the link to.
We can use WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or other methods. Then, all you have to do is paste the link you saved, or once you’ve created the link, you can click SHARE and the platform will automatically open one of the two most common chats: WhatsApp or Telegram.
You can then paste the link saved in memory to the contact in your preferred chat.
1 link per person. The more people there are, the more links will be generated. Keep in mind that the link is valid for 48 hours, after which your registration will expire and you will need to create a new one.
Yes, we can create up to 3 Accounts and 20 Gemini Avatars, so we can monitor them properly. Each Account will have a Donor entry date and an Heir arrival date. Therefore, they must all be monitored carefully to make or receive the corresponding Gifts within the established timeframes (the gift must be made within 72 hours + 48 hours of entering the island or you will be removed). Furthermore, for each Avatar placed, we will have to collaborate in closing two positions behind them. Creating multiple Avatars could also confuse our income between islands or delay the advancement timeframe. Furthermore, if you were to delete an Account, it is important to remember that after the second unjustified deletion (after the 2nd Account is deleted), all Accounts linked to the same name, surname, and phone number or KYC ID may be deleted, as these actions are considered sabotage of the circularity of this economic system. Gifts are given, received, and returned in part, in a perpetual cycle (as per the rules)!
Remember that holding all the Gifts on an account and deleting it after receiving them is unfair to other participants who are waiting for the Gifts to arrive on their island.
Yes, of course, in this system of Solidarity and Circular Economy, we are under no obligation to invite anyone (not to be confused with a prohibited invitation). Let us always remember that this is a System of Solidarity and Circular Economy, created by the People for the People, based on the economic Gift of money, not figurines or abstract elements! Therefore, it is precisely by closing Donor positions that the creation of this economy is activated and fueled, benefiting everyone.
Therefore, we all have a moral duty to close at least two positions in the geometric and mathematical scheme present on the Islands, by inserting two real participants, or two virtual clones, or one real person and one clone (it makes no difference), or by inserting participants who do not have a Gift to offer, to whom we can offer access with a Facilitated, Advance, or Solidarity Gift, or by placing other Avatar Twins of ours (who will still close positions to advance). That’s why there’s no recruitment obligation, because we can fill positions with a simple click and not necessarily with actual participants (that’s why it’s not an endless chain letter, where sooner or later someone will be left standing without a following)! What we can do to help other families or individuals is inform them of this extraordinary opportunity and reality, because it can only benefit others, themselves, and all those who want to be part of it!
The progression steps to reach the position of Heir and receive possible Gifts, in fact, occur following various actions we will take, including, as we have said, direct invitations of new participants (made by us), indirect invitations of new participants (invited by our guests or other people present on our island), the inclusion of perpetual participants (those who have left one island and will return to the next), the inclusion of new accounts or Gemini Avatars, which existing participants can create at any time (those who want to generate further entries), the inclusion of new guests from other islands (excess invitations arriving from other islands), the arrival of participants without an inviter (the No-Referrals), who do not have an Avatar to follow with the Lineage (as for all the others who will instead enter the island of whoever invited them), will access the islands that have been inactive for the longest time, granting advancement even to those who initially will not be able to close the positions on their island. Or by including participants with the Facilitated, Advance, or Solidarity Donation, for those who do not have the financial means to make the initial donation, but who will still be helped to enter our Community. Or even by adding Clones, generated by Island participants (virtual Avatars created from your own account, which still allow Island participants to advance), or by adding Unlock Avatars, Clones generated by the Heirs of an Island, useful for unlocking the position of all participants when they wait too long to advance. While this means giving up a gift, it will allow everyone on that Island to advance, allowing us to exit with the Gifts and then return to another Island in perpetuity.
As we can see, there are various systems for allowing participants to advance (preventing their blocking), but the most practical and functional system is certainly to close two positions yourself, allowing two real participants to access this solidarity reality (one from the Donor position and one from the Heir position (on 4-Donor Islands) or two directly from the Explorer position (on 8-Donor Islands).
The key to the fastest advancement will be to close 2 positions personally, when we are on our Island. It doesn’t matter if we have 2 real or virtual participants, because in both cases, the 2 Avatars will always follow us to all the major and perpetual Islands, providing us with the advancement that will allow us to quickly reach the position of Heir.
This is an action that all participants (including Clones and Twins) will perform, as among the duties we have to access this reality (for those who wish to participate) is to bring a Gift to the Heir we meet (when we enter an Island) and to close 2 positions behind us (when we are in the established position to do so).
By clicking on your Avatar (from the Donor, Explorer, or Navigator position), the Generate CLONE message will appear. Clicking that button will see your CLONE appear in the Donor position on your Island. You can also access this function from the + button on the Islands screen (top right). If you are a Donor, Explorer, or Navigator, you can create up to four CLONEs on your side (on 8-Donor Islands), but if you continue, you can also create the other four CLONES for the opposite side of the island (also on 8-Donor Islands), or you can do so as a Donor on 4-Donor Islands. Once all Donor positions are closed, you will not be able to create any more. Remember that each CLONE you create must donate a gift to the island’s heir, and confirmed CLONES cannot be deleted (if they are deleted, they do so automatically, based on the rules or the needs of the journey).
CLONES entered but not yet confirmed can be deleted, but after more than three deletions, the original Avatar with which you generated the Clone may leave the Island, as if the real Account had been closed more than three times. So use this feature with discretion (it’s not a game). YOU CAN WATCH THE VIDEO TUTORIAL IN THE VIDEO SECTION.
By clicking on your Avatar (only from the Heir position), the Generate Unlock message will appear. Click on that button and you will see your Avatar with the initial UL appear in the Donors position. For this type of Clones too, you can create up to 4 on the left side and 4 on the right side of the Island (on 8-Donor Islands) or up to 4 on 4-Donor Islands. Each Unlock you create will not have to give any Gifts to the Heir of the island (i.e., you), because they will only serve to complete the Island, so as an Heir, you can leave to enter the next one (if you want to give up some Gifts). A useful function for unlocking the Island when we are Heirs and we are not interested in receiving the Gifts, but only in leaving the Island to enter the next one, since for many of the perpetual participants of the RECHARGE and START islands with a €25 Gift, the primary goal is to help others access with a Solidarity Gift (granting entry to those who have difficulty giving the initial Gift). Remember that Unlocks can no longer be deleted, because when you generate them they are auto-confirmed (when they enter they are automatically confirmed by the system), so think carefully before creating an Unlock.
I want to publicly thank the Founders of this wonderful platform, because thanks to the gifts I received, I was able to pay some bills I had left unpaid. I'm continuing with the perpetual journeys of the first two Islands and have just entered the third. I hope to reach Erede soon too, because I really need these gifts, but I know that when the time comes, I will receive them. There's no rush. In the meantime, let's all help each other. What can I say? My testimony is that thanks to the first gifts I received, I was able to go shopping right away. I really needed it. I didn't receive life-changing gifts, but for me this has already been a tremendous gift that I never expected. To be honest, I didn't really believe it, but faced with the ultimate test, I can only thank those who created this platform and who introduced me to this community.

I know I'm not a special case, as I've heard from others who are further ahead than me, but I can say that starting from the smallest island with a €20 gift and in Eden with a €100 gift, I received the first eight €100 gifts in less than a month (and it all seemed incredible to me). Out of enthusiasm, I invited a few people, who brought others, and after returning to Eden for the second time, as per the rules, I immediately brought my €400 gift to the Heir of the Island of Avalons. I must say, this is surprising me. The wave of my contacts, combined with others, continued the flow of entries, which quickly propelled me to Avalons, where I was able to receive eight €400 gifts for a total of €3,200. I've now given a gift of 1600 to the Heir of Asgard and returned to Avalons, knowing I've made other participants happy who were awaiting my arrival, but I must say I too have benefited from many gifts in getting this far. I move forward with great gratitude, happy to be part of this community.
I reached the rank of Heir in Fuel, Eden, and Avalons, where I was given eight €20 gifts, eight €100 gifts, and eight €400 gifts. I returned to both islands and entered Asgard, giving the €1,600 gift to the Heir with a portion of the gifts I received. I know it will take a little longer to become Heir on this island, but in the meantime, I managed to pay for a checkup and a dental procedure with the gifts I managed to keep for myself. This is truly amazing. You guys are amazing!
I logged in on January 26th, both in Fuel and Eden. In Fuel, I reached Heir in five days, receiving all eight gifts. On February 18th, I also became an Heir in Eden, and I received all the gifts in three days. Then, on February 21st, I entered Avalons, and at the end of March, I reached Heir there too, receiving the eight 400-worth gifts. Now, I've entered Asgard. It seems like a dream, but it's reality! Let's keep up the good work, we're creating something amazing!
I'm new to this community, but I've involved many friends and family, who in turn have wanted to invite more friends. I've already managed to exit several Fuel and Eden accounts, because I joined with three accounts, each of which I added two direct ones, to give them an initial boost. I've already entered Avalon and Asgard, but my contacts are introducing this community to even more people, and in just one month we've already added more than 70 participants. The Fuel and Eden accounts are filling up again without having to wait for participants brought in by the automatic algorithm, and in the meantime, we're also making progress in Avalon 400 and I'm about to enter Asgard 1600. I'm speechless.

In many countries, the Gift of money is not considered taxable income, therefore it is not even to be included in your tax return. However, each participant is required to consult their own Tax Advisor, who can give the right rules to follow in their National Territory.
In Italy, for example, once a certain amount of money gift proceeds has been exceeded, there is a tax rate of 8%. In Spain, there is a rate of 6%, which could rise to 18% (based on the cumulative).
In other countries, it goes from 15 to 28% (always based on the cumulative) and in others there is no taxation on the Gift of money (in the States where they let their citizens live). But the laws change from day to day, for this reason it is advisable to contact your own territorial Tax Advisor, who can advise on the best procedure to manage the income from the gifts received, from this Solidarity Economy.
